Read more…I am a certified organic farmer and I run a Detox Retreat on my farm in Eugene, Oregon. People come to detox by doing a juice fast or by eating a clean vegan diet. Detoxes receive massages, colon hydrotherapy sessions, guasha sessions, cranial/sacral therapy and daily coaching. I also do online or in person coaching for lifestyle changes.
I have been a plant based eater and cook for over 30 years. On our farm, we host people who want to change their lifestyle to include more plants. We also make our own herbal medicines for just about everything!

My training has been complemented by a 12 months subspecialty fellowship in interventional pain management, where I have developed proficiency in a range of procedures including nerve blocks, epidural injections, Minimally invasive surgeries such as Spinal Cord Stimulator Implants Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression, and radiofrequency ablations. In addition, I have owned my own interventional practice for several years. I also practice a Whole Foods Plant Based No added Oil diet.
