I’m a plant-based chef, health coach, certified yoga instructor, DJ, and artist, focused on helping people reconnect with themselves and nature through food, music, culture, and conscious living. For over a decade, I have explored the connection between nourishment, creativity, and well-being. Whether preparing plant-based meals, teaching workshops and cooking classes, sharing music, or creating art, my purpose is to remind people to live with awareness, vitality, and connection.

I believe that what we consume, whether through food, sound, thoughts, or experiences, shapes the quality of our lives.
