I was a very physically active 50 year old woman who found herself in horrible pain unable to perform daily tasks or movement without assistance or drugs. My family history is packed full of autoimmune conditions and fear of becoming disabled lead me in a different direction, digging deep for answers. My story is ongoing, for this decision lead me to a whole new world of possibilities, continued education and a lifestyle that set forth a healing in my body that is amazing and forever evolving.
