I am a board certified Family Medicine physician working for Northwest Permanente (a Kaiser based practice).

Dr. Chong is a licensed naturopathic physician with postgraduate training with Drs. Caldwell Esselstyn, Drs. Joel Kahn and Mark Houston at the Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, and Drs. More than anything else, he considers himself a “nutritional angiologist.” In other words, via the power of nutrition and lifestyle medicine, he helps people obtain and maintain the highest level of arterial health and subsequently the lowest level of heart attack and stroke risk, possible for their individual circumstances.

He is also highly trained in advanced cardiovascular disease risk assessment and uses the latest tools and understanding available to help people truly understand their current level of vascular health so that they can know best what they need to do, and also, most importantly, how their body is responding to the treatments they are doing.

Dr. Jennifer Lyons has provided eye care in Portland and Seaside, Oregon, for more than 20 years. She sees adults and children, providing routine eye and vision exams, cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, macular degeneration care, diabetic exams, eyelid surgery and more. Lyons Eye Care prescribes contact lenses and can fill your glasses prescription in our optical shop. 
Dr. Lyons realized her lifelong dream of living in the Northwest when she was accepted for ophthalmology training at Casey Eye Institute, Oregon Health & Science University. Graduating early from Indiana University School of Medicine, she hurried to Oregon with her Siberian husky to explore and backpack before entering training. She never looked back, embracing the Oregon outdoors by hiking, biking, and running in all weathers.
