After years of health complications that the conventional medical system could not address, I took health into my hands one step at a time to find a solution to the joint pain I had on a daily basis, alternating constipation and diarrhea, weight gain and so many mild symptoms living a life of feeling like cramp. I was self-taught in the beginning, eventually stabled upon a plant-based diet miracle turning the corner. Now I live with optimum physical health while balancing the other areas of the wheel of life.
