LIFESTYLE MEDICINE CONSULTATION – A great way to get started. I work with you individually to help you get a great start on making positive lifestyle changes in every area of your life. You will fill out a comprehensive assessment about your history, lifestyle habits, stress and goals. We’ll schedule a 1-on-1 Zoom session for approximately 2 hours to review your information, so I can provide information, and we’ll develop a strategic plan of action.
INDIVIDUAL LIFESTYLE MEDICINE COACHING – Sessions are usually once a week for an hour, customized to your needs.
