I am a Food Revolution Certified Health Coach with a degree from Harvard University. My mission is to help people thrive by giving their bodies what they need to heal and flourish. After serving as a U.S. Navy officer and later leading a company with more than 200 employees, I saw firsthand how chronic illness affects lives. A personal health scare led my family to adopt a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle, and the transformation was life-changing.
I now work with clients in person and remotely, offering support, accountability, and resources to help them implement a plant-based lifestyle and experience its profound benefits. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are an “N of 1” an individual with unique needs, strengths, and priorities.

Read more…I’m a wife, mom, sister, best friend, author, nutritionist, geeky scientist, and outdoor enthusiast. My journey into wellness started with heartbreak, the sudden loss of my dad. It lit a fire in me to understand what really creates long-lasting health, and that search led me to embrace a whole new way of eating and living.
I dove headfirst into the science behind nutrition, earned multiple certifications in plant-based nutrition, culinary instruction, medicinal plants, and health coaching, and even when life threw me a cancer diagnosis, I kept going. That experience only deepened my passion and transformed my health in ways I never imagined.
Now, I spend my days sharing everything I’ve learned with anyone ready to take back their health. I love being in the kitchen, teaching classes, coaching individuals, and geeking out over how food truly changes us at the cellular level. I became interested in Plant Based Nutrition while practicing as a Heart & Vascular RN after witnessing a significant improvement on angiogram of a plant patient. It reminded me of the famous photo of the LAD heart artery shared by Caldwell Esselstyn Jr in his book, “How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease” At that moment I was hooked and haven’t looked back.
