I’m Coach Marsha, a certified health and wellness coach specializing in plant-based nutrition and lifestyle change for individuals diagnosed with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. My approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies and a deep belief in the power of the body to heal when given the right support. I hold certifications through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), the Food Revolution Network, and eCornell’s Plant-Based Nutrition Program. I left a career in corporate America to pursue my passion for helping people reclaim their health naturally and sustainably.
I work with clients who are ready to make real lifestyle changes—physically, mentally, and emotionally—without restrictive diets or gimmicks. My coaching is client-centered and grounded in motivational interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
