I have been a Registered Dietitian for 30-plus years inspired by personal struggles of low self-esteem, disordered eating, and weight cycling with obesity. Since going plant-based about 10 years ago, I have been fascinated by the body’s perfect design to heal itself when given what it needs through nutritious whole plant foods, fun and challenging movement, quality sleep, stress management, and finding purpose.

I hold a master’s in health education, am a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional, Life Coach, Wellness Coach, Personal Fitness Trainer, Aerobic and Pilates Instructor with a Certificate in Training for Adult Weight Management. My experience spans many areas of nutrition and health while specializing in weight/fat loss with muscle development, lifestyle management/reversal of chronic disease and diabetes, disordered eating, fitness training, and promoting self-compassion for optimal success. I focus on the whole person and their unique life goals and challenges to ensure all changes fit their priorities!

It brings me great joy that you are here and interested in a plant-based provider for your journey. I myself have always had a love of science so I obtained a B.S. in Biology. Since then, my passion for health and wellness has blossomed and continues to evolve with time.
Having encountered my own chronic health conditions, I found healing in a plant-based lifestyle accompanied with lifestyle modification.
I embarked on this journey to heal myself and now my mission and passion is to help share this information with others. As a 35 year old mother of two, I know what it’s like to lose your health but also what it is like to regain one’s quality of life. My goal is to help you improve your life and to help you give your body the support it needs to heal!

I take a holistic approach and incorporate health and wellness coaching, nutrition, and movement into my practice and my signature program. These are available on an a la carte basis but I truly believe the best approach to disease prevention and healing is a comprehensive one.
