Hi, my name is Cori from metro Detroit, Michigan and I have been a nurse for 20 years. I became interested in Plant Based Nutrition while practicing as a Heart & Vascular RN after witnessing a significant improvement on angiogram of a plant patient. It reminded me of the famous photo of the LAD heart artery shared by Caldwell Esselstyn Jr in his book, “How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease” At that moment I was hooked and haven’t looked back. Now I am educating others on the benefits of Whole Food Plant Based Diet. I have taken several courses, including the Food Revolution Network famous Coaching Program.
I love to help all who are plant curious, plant forward, and those who want to completely transform to the lifestyle.
I have been working with families for over 25 years. In addition to being a coach, I am a childbirth educator and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Nutrition is an essential part of perinatal health. I am available for virtual coaching sessions and in-person sessions in the eastern part of North Carolina.

Since going plant-based about 10 years ago, I have been fascinated by the body’s perfect design to heal itself when given what it needs through nutritious whole plant foods, fun and challenging movement, quality sleep, stress management, and finding purpose.
