Detoxes receive massages, colon hydrotherapy sessions, guasha sessions, cranial/sacral therapy and daily coaching. I also do online or in person coaching for lifestyle changes.

It lit a fire in me to understand what really creates long-lasting health, and that search led me to embrace a whole new way of eating and living.
I dove headfirst into the science behind nutrition, earned multiple certifications in plant-based nutrition, culinary instruction, medicinal plants, and health coaching, and even when life threw me a cancer diagnosis, I kept going. That experience only deepened my passion and transformed my health in ways I never imagined.
