Read more…I have been vegetarian since 2021 and quit dairy completely in early 2025. I know how difficult it can be to move away from animal products and feel like you’re relearning recipes and go-to meals, but I also know the impact to health of moving toward a more whole food plant-based diet.
My passion is in helping others discover how to incorporate more fruits, veggies, and other whole plant foods into their diet without feeling like they have to sacrifice enjoyment, taste, or convenience. I have always enjoyed food and I take great pleasure in helping others discover foods and recipes that they learn to love that also love them back.
I find that focusing on what you CAN eat to fuel healing and provide energy to pursue your goals is much more motivating than focusing on what you’re “giving up.”

Detoxes receive massages, colon hydrotherapy sessions, guasha sessions, cranial/sacral therapy and daily coaching. I also do online or in person coaching for lifestyle changes.
I have been a plant based eater and cook for over 30 years. On our farm, we host people who want to change their lifestyle to include more plants. We also make our own herbal medicines for just about everything!
