Beyond lifestyle medicine, she has expertise in comprehensive maternal and child health, reproductive justice, clinical procedures, medical education, provider wellbeing, and transgender health.Professionally she did her undergraduate studies and masters of public health at Tulane University. She studied medicine at Jefferson Medical College and completed her Family Medicine residency at University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is fellowship trained in global health and has worked in Latin America.
Her interests outside of medicine include spending time with her husband and two young kids, traveling and exploring new places, searching for and creating nutritious recipes, reading, and anything that will take her outdoors: triathlons, hiking, biking and camping.
