Graduating from Department of Medicine, Kochi National University in 1984, I am a Japan Ministry of Health Registered Anesthesiologist since 1989 and received Diplomate of Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1990. I pioneered laser surgery and aesthetic dermatology in Japan. My major surgery is blepharoplasty with excellent aesthetic results.
After reading the CHINA STUDY in 2011 and joined Dr. John McDougall’s live-in program in the same year, I was completely shifted to plant-based whole foods diet. I started a plant-based whole food plus gluten-free restaurant named CHOICE, on the first floor of my clinic building, in 2013. We have clinics for nutrition both for children and adults. We utilize many techniques and devices, such as live cell analysis, Oligoscan, AGEs readers, CAVI, FMD, Capillaro, Metatron and so on to evaluate patient health non-invasively. Our vice president doctor, Dr. Izumi Nakamori is a board certificated pediatrician as well as a plastic surgeon. Our current mission is to spread the idea of PBWF diet to the entire population in our country. I established Plantrician JAPAN, a Japanese version of Plantrician Project, with Dr.Scott Stoll being a vice president of our society.

Sally Handlon is founder and president of Handlon Business Resources* (HBR) LLC, a woman-owned business, located in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Carlene McIntyre is a dedicated Food Revolution Network Certified Plant-Based Health Coach. She was a pharmacist for 40 years before retiring and becoming a health coach. Based on scientific evidence as well as her previous professional experience, Carlene is strongly convinced that healthy whole plant foods are critical for health and wellness. On a personal note, she lost over 80 pounds after switching to a whole food plant-based diet. She is also certified as a solution focused practitioner, CSFP-Advanced, and serves as a volunteer mentor for Plant Powered Metro NY.
