Dr. Towolawi is a double board certified physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. She is a family medicine physician and lifestyle medicine physician with a passion to help people live healthier and longer lives by equipping them with knowledge to take charge of their health. She is a published author and speaker, leading workshops and webinars for children, teens, and adults. She is the founder and medical director of Nurture Well Center Direct Primary Care and SkinStatMD, where she has her own physician formulated and curated skincare + supplement line. Dr. Towolawi works with individuals, groups and organizations and has a passion for working with marginalized communities to empower them to advocate for their health using the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: plant-based nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, positive social connections, and reducing risky substances.

I am a certified plant-based health coach who helps adults, especially those over 50, lose weight, improve their health, and feel better in their bodies without complicated diets or unrealistic routines.

I bring over 40 years of experience in education to my work, including the past 10 years working one-on-one with individuals and families. While my earlier career was in a different field, it gave me deep experience in guiding behavior change, building trust, and breaking complex challenges into simple, manageable steps, skills I now bring directly into my health coaching practice.

I have completed training through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program, Dr. Fuhrman’s Nutritarian Program, Main Street Vegan Academy, Food Revolution Network Health Coach Certification, and Rouxbe Forks Over Knives cooking course.

In my coaching, I focus on helping clients simplify healthy eating, build confidence, and create habits that truly fit into their lives. Whether the goal is weight loss, increased energy, or long-term health, I support clients in making sustainable changes that last.

Laura bid farewell to 35 lbs of excess weight, painful knee arthritis, intense hot flashes, severe digestive issues with chronic bloating and abdominal pain, and stage 3 chronic kidney disease. Lost in a maze of nutritional confusion, Laura tried extreme measures like diet pills, meal replacement shakes, calorie counting and restriction, keto diets and over-exercising.

Laura discovered whole food, plant-based eating and committed to eating this way. Until then, her beliefs were shaped entirely by gimmicks, marketing, and falsehoods. Laura began researching everything related to this lifestyle. Understanding the science behind how a diet rich in plants and free from processed and animal-derived foods promotes health was transformative. Laura became a private WFPB chef, helping women transform their health through weight loss and reversing chronic conditions by preparing delicious oil-free meals made from plants that their entire families enjoyed. She then became a certified nutrition and wellness coach and helps individuals discover their best, healthiest selves through the power of food.

Dr. Kotlerman started her clinical career as a diagnostic, nutritional therapist specializing in mental imbalance and nutritional deficiencies. Although Dr. Kotlerman was running a successful practice in nutrition, it was obvious that there was a missing piece, as many clients needed more. It was at this time that Dr. Kotlerman walked the El Camino de Santiago, in Europe, and had a life-changing experience that showed her that she needed to commit to the process of being a chiropractor. Four days after returning to the United States, she was enrolled in Life West Chiropractic College in San Francisco, CA.

She graduated Life West Chiropractic College with Emerald clinical honors and as a recipient of the Carl Dieter Philosophy Scholarship. Dr. Kotlerman received education and certification in: Thompson drop table, toggle, diversified Gonstead, activator, DNFT, pediatric, pregnancy, and SOT Chiropractic techniques.

Dr. Kotlerman has since specialized in Averio FNT, a tonal, low-force chiropractic technique that uses sustained contact in specific areas in order to change spinal alignment and function.

Dr. Kotlerman is a published author with two books. Her clinical results book, “Exceptional Health: You Can Have It!” and her personal memoir, “Seeing Magic“. In addition to her books, she has published 6 international case studies in collaboration with the Australian Spinal Research Foundation and the Pan-Asian Chiropractic Journal.

Dr. Gretchen M. Potschka is an internal medicine/pediatric specialist in Longview, Washington and is affiliated with PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

I’ve worked as an NP for 20+ Years in practice areas including family practice, internal medicine , rural medicine, sports medicine, urgent care. I am a diabetes specialist planning on starting an independent wellness, health coaching practice focusing on treating metabolic syndrome and holistic diabetes management.

Dr. Kristi Moffat is board-certified in family medicine. She has a special interest in women’s health, sports injuries and well-child visits.

I am passionate about helping women and their families gain control of their health. I meet you where you are and together we build personalized, integrative plans that focus on building foundations of optimal health. My lifelong interest in promoting and encouraging healthy lifestyles began as a young gymnast years ago. I competed at the elite level, was a member of the U.S. National Team, and earned a full scholarship to the Stanford University Women’s Gymnastics Team. After four years as a Division I NCAA student-athlete, I began training and racing triathlons while earning my master’s degree. After graduating I helped build sports programs for kids in Japan, organized triathlons and led bike tours in the Southwest, and managed the sports program for Special Olympics Nevada. I then spent three years inspiring audience members performing as a professional acrobat in Cirque du Soleil’s KA at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, while also continuing to participate in full-distance triathlons. I was then introduced to naturopathic medicine during a 4,500-mile, self-supported bicycle trip with my husband where we witnessed the unequivocal interconnectedness of the environment and health. I was motivated to learn more and earned my naturopathic doctorate degree from Bastyr University while growing our family. I now have my own, small private practice in Maple Valley, WA where I encourage, coach, and help patients live their best life in person and via telemedicine. As a mom of three, I understand the juggle of home, work, school, play, self-care, and all the roles that come with being a mother.
