Dr. Towolawi is a double board certified physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. She is a family medicine physician and lifestyle medicine physician with a passion to help people live healthier and longer lives by equipping them with knowledge to take charge of their health. She is a published author and speaker, leading workshops and webinars for children, teens, and adults. She is the founder and medical director of Nurture Well Center Direct Primary Care and SkinStatMD, where she has her own physician formulated and curated skincare + supplement line. Dr. Towolawi works with individuals, groups and organizations and has a passion for working with marginalized communities to empower them to advocate for their health using the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: plant-based nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, positive social connections, and reducing risky substances.

Dr. Giebel graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1991 and has over 20 years of surgery experience. Dr. Giebel grew up traveling the world with his parents who were both doctors. At a young age he developed a passion for medicine, serving others, traveling, and education. As a professional, Dr. Giebel has traveled and provided eye care to many developing countries in Africa, Central and South America, Eastern Europe, Asia, and in the South Pacific. Dr. Giebel has taught at University California Irvine and Loma Linda VA Medical Center. He also aided in the development of the latest technique for corneal transplants. Dr. Giebel lives with his wife, Lisa, on a farm in Walla Walla. They are both passionate about healthy lifestyle, and promote a whole-food, plant-based diet as the best foundation for healthcare. In his spare time, he loves to get outdoors, hike, scuba dive, travel, and spend time with his family.
