A little backstory about me, my plant-based journey began with an eye-opening moment: watching a documentary in my high school health class that exposed me to the origins of our food system. This opened my eyes to our food system and how little I realized our food choices deeply impact our personal health, the health of the planet, and the wellbeing of animals. With these realizations, further research, and personal growth, I fully embraced a whole food plant centered lifestyle and haven’t looked back. Experiencing the benefits firsthand such as more energy, improved wellness, and clarity—solidified my mission to help others achieve the same. I’m passionate about showing how small but intentional changes can prevent lifestyle-related illnesses and create a healthier, more vibrant life.
