I am a certified plant-based health coach who helps adults, especially those over 50, lose weight, improve their health, and feel better in their bodies without complicated diets or unrealistic routines.
I bring over 40 years of experience in education to my work, including the past 10 years working one-on-one with individuals and families. While my earlier career was in a different field, it gave me deep experience in guiding behavior change, building trust, and breaking complex challenges into simple, manageable steps, skills I now bring directly into my health coaching practice.
I have completed training through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program, Dr. Fuhrman’s Nutritarian Program, Main Street Vegan Academy, Food Revolution Network Health Coach Certification, and Rouxbe Forks Over Knives cooking course.
In my coaching, I focus on helping clients simplify healthy eating, build confidence, and create habits that truly fit into their lives. Whether the goal is weight loss, increased energy, or long-term health, I support clients in making sustainable changes that last.
