I have committed my entire professional career, spanning 30+ years, to providing nutritional guidance for a multitude of individuals on their quest to disease management, prevention and wellness. As a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Plant Based Coach, I seek to empower my clients with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace a healthier lifestyle through the power of fresh wholesome foods.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to work with individuals in clinical, wellness, and mental health settings. Many of these individuals were taking an exorbitant amount of medications to manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. As a result of simple dietary changes to include wholesome plant foods, many were able to eliminate medications for these conditions. In fact, one individual lost over 100 pounds, which actually disqualified him from weight loss surgery.
My hope is that through engagement, and empowerment, I can assist individuals to incorporate principles of a whole food plant-based lifestyle to restore health and prevent the onset of chronic diet-related conditions.
