I have been an RN for 47 years. I am a double-board Certified Holistic RN and Nurse Coach. I am passionate about helping my patients optimize their health with a whole food plant-based lifestyle. My mentor, Dr. T. Colin Campbell who wrote the book The China Study has written “Sheila, trained professionally both as a nutritionist and as a nurse, is as well prepared as anyone as I know to convery this message to the public”.
