Hello! I am a physician specializing in General Preventive Medicine and Public Health and Lifestyle Medicine and am excited to work with individuals on their health goals through the evidence-based pillars of lifestyle medicine. I have spent most of my career in global health, mainly in Africa and SE Asia. In developing global guidelines and working with clinical teams to adapt and implement these health algorithms for chronic conditions in different countries and regions, I learned firsthand how important it is to talk about food, movement, treatment plans, and overall health in the context of patients’ goals and life situations. This is what I do with patients in my practice. I believe in a team approach to health care and work with patients to meet them where they are at in their own health journey and empower them to move towards where they want to be.
