About Me – For optimal listing appearance, please limit this info to one or two paragraphs.: I am a certified organic farmer and I run a Detox Retreat on my farm in Eugene, Oregon. People come to detox by doing a juice fast or by eating a clean vegan diet. Detoxes receive massages, colon hydrotherapy sessions, guasha sessions, cranial/sacral therapy and daily coaching. I also do online or in person coaching for lifestyle changes.
I have been a plant based eater and cook for over 30 years. On our farm, we host people who want to change their lifestyle to include more plants. We also make our own herbal medicines for just about everything!
I am also a PBCC certified coach and am looking forward to working with individuals who want to change their lifestyle to enable them to have more vitality and health.
