Pam Miller has been a lifestyle coach since 2021. Pam is a certified Health and Well-being coach through Wellcoaches, certified in Plant Based Nutrition, eCornell and has successfully completed the FRN Food Revolution Network Plant Based Certification, July 30, 2024. Pam has been an RN for 29 years and a family nurse practitioner [FNP] for 16 years. She has assisted Chef AJ and Better Life Summits to moderate membership forums. She assists co-hosting the Wednesday Lives on the Feel Fabulous Over Forty program with Better Life Summits.
Pam believes that living the whole plant foods nutrition style has transformed her life and because she wants everyone to experience some version of what she has experienced, she has a passion to help people tackle these very problems. Pam’s focus is to help people achieve optimum health; to improve nutrition, to learn and practice a sustainable healthy way of eating, to lose weight, as well as prevent and reverse disease through behavior change, goal setting and action steps.
Pam resides in Southern Oregon. She is married with one son. She enjoys the outdoors,
cycling, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
