We have been programmed to eat the way we do since birth by advertising, the ADA and convenience. Changing those habits can be hard. Nothing worthwhile happens overnight. Be kind to yourself and begin with small changes. They can become habits. Some may adopt a cold turkey approach, but for us mere mortals, slow and steady can yield big dividends. If you have a backslide, regroup and reset. Mistakes are how we learn.
