My specialty is helping people identify their health and lifestyle goals and taking the small steps that lead to transformative change and living their dream. I help people claim ownership of their daily habits so they feel better physically and emotionally. This includes action planning, kitchen organization, and navigating grocery stores, restaurants and other social situations. I understand the value of finding one’s inner strengths, nurturing them and leaning on them to grow in the direction you want. My plant-based journey kicked into high gear about 20 years ago when I participated in an intensive plant-based program. I was raising children, commuting a long way to work, and eating the standard American diet, resulting in being fatigued, overweight and not happy with my health status. Today I am 50 pounds lighter, have improved my biometrics, and have more energy than I did years ago. I am skilled at helping people find their inner strengths and motivations, and nurturing them to achieve more than was imagined.
