About Me

Dr. Romy Paredes MD

He is the visionary founder of 2 holistic centers , one urban based and one nature-based, a leader in the field
of natural and complementary health care and education.

He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at UP Diliman Quezon City. He finished his medical degree at UP-PGH Medical Center. He is also a Lifestyle Medicine physician, board certified as Diplomate of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He is also a public speaker and retreat facilitator of various programs on Inner Well-being.

He has authored and co-authored 7 books.

His holistic and transformative medical work is based in Cebu City, Philippines where he resides with his wife, Dr. Mila, and their lovely son, Michael.
