“Food is your Best Medicine” and I have 50 years of experience in healing with plants. After receiving my Doctor of Medicine degree in 1984, I began using my expertise in Holistic Healing to a sound scientific evidence-based Integrative Medicine practice. I am also a certified Zumba and MixxedFit instructor. I truly believe that true health must be a balance of the Body, Emotion and Spirit equally and every treatment has to take all into account. Epigenetics is also an important part of the process. My passion is Chronic Diseases – especially when a patient is told that they will have to take a medication for the rest of their life. This is a journey that is educational, easy and fun. Every treatment is individual. I am the author of “Miracle Self-Healing” available on Amazon.
My passion is people experiencing PRISTINE health! I am a native New Yorker, now a North Carolinian :) Raised on Long Island, a Harvard University graduate, with a background in schizophrenia research. I am a traditionally trained Medical Doctor obtaining my medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. I have been in the field of medicine for 20 years in the areas of primary care and mental health. I co-own a mental health practice with my husband, called The Neil Group, where we offer individual, family & group therapy as well as medication management – in office and via telehealth for all things mental health.
I have always been intrigued by our amazingly designed bodies. Over 10 years ago, I had an epiphany and I asked myself, “why am I eating animals?”. Then I researched the health benefits of not consuming animal flesh, and I stopped eating animals immediately and completely and haven’t turned back ;) I am an energetic and motivating physician, and my patients endearingly refer to me as “Dr. Joyful”. I understand clearly that the way our bodies are designed to operate is impeded by many of the lifestyle choices that are made. I became certified in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University because, while I thoroughly enjoyed medical school, there was minimal training in nutrition. Now, I am better able to help my patients see the benefits of a plant-powered way of eating. We offer Wellness at our practice in order to provide patients another way of addressing their general health and mental health concerns. We offer one-on-one wellness consultations, as well as groups to help hold people accountable to their goals. We offer very individualized care and are optimistic about the journey towards achieving Pristine Health.
I I coach seniors in how to transition onto a plant-based diet to lower blood pressure so they live a longer, healthier life doing what they love. With compassionate guidance at every stage of their plant-based journey, I empower clients to take charge of their wellbeing for lasting transformation.
I am a Certified Plant-Based Coach through the Food Revolution Network (FRN). I support people who want to transition to a whole food, plant-based diet or, as I strongly believe, to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.

I have been a clinical pharmacist in adult internal medicine for 15 years. After a shocking personal health diagnosis, I completely revamped my lifestyle and nutrition to focus on whole plants. I’ve never felt healthier! I completed the Food Revolution Network Plant-Based Coaching Certification in August 2025. I am now bringing my professional and personal experience to coaching in order to help others with chronic health conditions improve their nutrition and overall health. Whether the goal is to improve energy, eliminate meat, or totally overhaul the diet, I meet people where they are and use a validated but personalized approach.
I have been vegetarian since 2021 and quit dairy completely in early 2025. I know how difficult it can be to move away from animal products and feel like you’re relearning recipes and go-to meals, but I also know the impact to health of moving toward a more whole food plant-based diet.
My passion is in helping others discover how to incorporate more fruits, veggies, and other whole plant foods into their diet without feeling like they have to sacrifice enjoyment, taste, or convenience. I have always enjoyed food and I take great pleasure in helping others discover foods and recipes that they learn to love that also love them back.
I find that focusing on what you CAN eat to fuel healing and provide energy to pursue your goals is much more motivating than focusing on what you’re “giving up.”
It is my passion, and would be my privilege, to be able to support you on this journey.
I am a Food Revolution Network- certified Plant-based Coach based in the Philippines, dedicated to bringing back health and vitality to people, one easy delightful meal at a time.

More than 20 years, I reversed crippling arthritis through a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. This experience ignited my passion for healthy living, for sharing my knowledge so you too can heal while you eat nutritiously and deliciously.
I understand the challenges (and triumphs!) of raising healthy eaters. As a mother of three, I have mastered recipes that children love.
A former café owner of Café by Tao, and a graduate of the FRN Plant-Based Coaching Certificate (PBCC), I now share my skills through coaching and teaching plant-based cuisine. For me, this lifestyle is more than a diet—it’s a path to healing, joy, and a healthier planet for all.
I see life on earth as part of our eternal journey in which we seek a sense of peace and true happiness, trying to reduce pain and suffering. We want to improve ourselves in certain areas of life that we consider important and to reconsider how our actions affect the entire living world around us. Everything and everyone is connected and we cannot be happy if we do not make an effort to make the world around us flourish.
I have dedicated several decades of my life to a topic called FOOD. I am fascinated by how much food can change and improve our lives and the lives around us. Food can heal, and more importantly – food can bring us to a higher level of consciousness.
With a Master’s degree in Plant-Based Food Technology and specialization in Food Quality and Safety Hazard Prevention, working in the Food Industry for over two decades, as an FRN Whole Foods Plant-Based Coach and someone who has gone through a long journey of transitioning from a consumer of mostly dairy products to a consumer of mostly fruits and plant foods, with many years of fasting experience, I can teach you what I learned along the way
I am a Food Revolution Certified Health Coach with a degree from Harvard University. My mission is to help people thrive by giving their bodies what they need to heal and flourish. After serving as a U.S. Navy officer and later leading a company with more than 200 employees, I saw firsthand how chronic illness affects lives. A personal health scare led my family to adopt a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle, and the transformation was life-changing.
I now work with clients in person and remotely, offering support, accountability, and resources to help them implement a plant-based lifestyle and experience its profound benefits. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are an “N of 1” an individual with unique needs, strengths, and priorities.
Everyone is different. I can’t wait to learn about you.
My journey to a plant rich lifestyle began over 20 years ago after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was a very physically active 50 year old woman who found herself in horrible pain unable to perform daily tasks or movement without assistance or drugs. My family history is packed full of autoimmune conditions and fear of becoming disabled lead me in a different direction, digging deep for answers. My story is ongoing, for this decision lead me to a whole new world of possibilities, continued education and a lifestyle that set forth a healing in my body that is amazing and forever evolving.
We are all seeking more life in our years regardless of how many trips around the sun we have taken. Let me help to guide and inspire you on your journey. Feel free to call, email or text. Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification, PCRM.org Licensed Food for Life Instructor.
