Lisa Utman Randall is a Food Network Revolution Certified Plant-based Coach and a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, and received a plant-based nutrition certificate from eCornell’s T. Colin Campbell program. Lisa’s plant-based journey began almost 40 years ago when she made the choice to switch to a vegan diet. Since then, she has honed her cooking skills, wowed her friends and family with delicious (and healthy!) plant-based meals and treats, continued to keep up with the latest in nutrition science while simultaneously founding and running several successful nonprofit organizations.
During Covid, Lisa began dreaming of a career in the plant-based wellness sector, which led to her pursuing the certifications she now holds. Additionally, Lisa is a Reiki Master, is certified to teach Proprioceptive Writing and has studied herbalism. She brings these modalities into her coaching practice whenever there is client interest. Lisa is dedicated to client led, heart centered coaching that empowers people to develop and meet health and well-being goals through one on one and group coaching options, cooking demonstrations, pantry upgrades, and shared recipes.
My journey into plant-based nutrition began with my own health. After being diagnosed with kidney disease, I started exploring how nutrition and lifestyle could support my health and transitioned towards a predominantly whole-food, plant-based diet. Experiencing positive changes myself sparked a much deeper interest in the science of nutrition. With Alzheimer’s disease also affecting my family, I became increasingly interested in the relationship between diet, lifestyle and long-term health. This eventually led me to complete the Plant Based Coaching Certificate and become a Certified Plant Based Coach.
Today, my coaching combines evidence-based plant-based nutrition with behaviour change, active listening and practical goal setting. One of my particular areas of focus is ultra-processed food (UPF) and food literacy. Rather than simply telling people what they should or should not eat, I help clients understand the difference between minimally processed, processed and ultra-processed foods, recognise what they are actually buying and eating, and understand how modern food environments can shape our choices and eating habits. From there, we work together to replace highly processed foods with more whole and minimally processed plant foods in a realistic way. My goal is to turn knowledge into action — helping people make informed choices, develop healthier habits and create sustainable changes that fit their everyday lives.
Amanda Kneese is a certified Plant-Based Nutrition Coach through the Food Revolution Network, dedicated to guiding clients toward optimal health through evidence-based, plant-powered living. Her coaching approach centers on whole food, plant-based nutrition as the foundation of wellness, paired with daily movement and quality rest.
A wife and mother based in the Midwest, Amanda brings a personal understanding of dietary transformation to her work — having transitioned from the standard American diet to a vegan lifestyle after witnessing firsthand the impact of food as medicine. She works with clients ready to explore plant-based living and build sustainable, lasting change.
I’m a plant-based chef, health coach, certified yoga instructor, DJ, and artist, focused on helping people reconnect with themselves and nature through food, music, culture, and conscious living. For over a decade, I have explored the connection between nourishment, creativity, and well-being. Whether preparing plant-based meals, teaching workshops and cooking classes, sharing music, or creating art, my purpose is to remind people to live with awareness, vitality, and connection.
I believe that what we consume, whether through food, sound, thoughts, or experiences, shapes the quality of our lives.
Through my work, I seek to preserve health, culture, honor ancestral wisdom, and create experiences that elevate consciousness and bring people together.
Board certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine; personal trainer, and FRN Certified Plant based coach. Living in New Zealand, where I am unable to practice medicine, so working as a lifestyle medicine and plant based coach.
I’m a Certified Plant-Based Health Coach and Program Director at Plant Docs, a physician-led nonprofit dedicated to helping people improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle change. After experiencing firsthand how powerful a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle can be, I became passionate about helping others turn the science into practical, sustainable changes that fit into real life.
My approach to coaching is supportive, realistic, and personalized. I especially enjoy working with women over 45 who want to feel better, build healthy habits, and reduce their risk of chronic disease through food and lifestyle. Rather than focusing on perfection, I help people identify small, meaningful changes they can maintain over time—so eating well feels enjoyable and achievable, not overwhelming.
I am a dual-board certified physician in Family Practice and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM/OMM) who brings decades of clinical and academic expertise to my patient-centered practice. I earned my Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University. Throughout my journey in helping people heal I’ve been continuously educated, inspired, and amazed by my patients. Whatever their journeys have been that brought them into my practice I’ve continued to identify and encourage their connection to their own health.
Most recently I’ve integrated the 6-pillars of Lifestlye Medicine into my practice in a very intentional manner. As an osteopath, my practice already contained these pillars. Yet, by digging deeper into the Lifestyle Medicine literature, I’ve augmented my body, mind, and spirit practices to seamlessly integrate hands-on OMM with a plant-based, whole-food dietary approach to target the underlying drivers of disease, such as systemic inflammation and cellular damage caused by free radicals. Additionally, I have enjoyed using the latest evidence-based resources to treat pain, reduce chronic health burdens, optimize metabolic health, and restore long-term vitality.
My work as a coach is built on a whole-person lens — one shaped by my own healing journey through autoimmune conditions and profound loss. That journey taught me just how deeply connected the mind and body truly are.
Today, I bring nutrition, mindset, and healing together into one integrated approach, guiding others toward their unique healing journey – as I found in myself.
