My journey to becoming a health coach started in 2012 when I noticed how my health was being affected by my dietary and lifestyle choices. At the time, I was a bit lost and overwhelmed with the amount of information that seemed contradictory in providing answers that would improve my health and wellbeing. In addition to making lifestyle changes, studying the latest research and adopting a whole food plant-based diet, I have dramatically changed my health for the better.
As a certified plant-based coach, I will help you adopt a plant-based diet and help you make healthier, more sustainable choices. With a passion for plant-based living, I provide guidance and support to help you achieve your optimal health and wellness goals.
