With over 20 years in education, including lots of time working with students with special needs, I’ve learned how to really understand and support people with various challenges. This background helps me connect with and guide those who are trying to improve their health and make positive changes.
I wasn’t always a plant-based eater myself. I struggled with obesity and health issues for years. But once I switched to a whole-food, plant-based diet, I felt like a new person. Now, as a senior, I have more energy and stamina than ever before.

Pam has been an RN for 29 years and a family nurse practitioner [FNP] for 16 years. She has assisted Chef AJ and Better Life Summits to moderate membership forums. She assists co-hosting the Wednesday Lives on the Feel Fabulous Over Forty program with Better Life Summits.
Pam believes that living the whole plant foods nutrition style has transformed her life and because she wants everyone to experience some version of what she has experienced, she has a passion to help people tackle these very problems.
