I am a Food Revolution Certified Health Coach with a degree from Harvard University. My mission is to help people thrive by giving their bodies what they need to heal and flourish. After serving as a U.S. Navy officer and later leading a company with more than 200 employees, I saw firsthand how chronic illness affects lives. A personal health scare led my family to adopt a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle, and the transformation was life-changing.
I now work with clients in person and remotely, offering support, accountability, and resources to help them implement a plant-based lifestyle and experience its profound benefits. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are an “N of 1” an individual with unique needs, strengths, and priorities.

Read more…My journey to a plant rich lifestyle began over 20 years ago after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was a very physically active 50 year old woman who found herself in horrible pain unable to perform daily tasks or movement without assistance or drugs. My family history is packed full of autoimmune conditions and fear of becoming disabled lead me in a different direction, digging deep for answers. My story is ongoing, for this decision lead me to a whole new world of possibilities, continued education and a lifestyle that set forth a healing in my body that is amazing and forever evolving.

Read more…I am a certified organic farmer and I run a Detox Retreat on my farm in Eugene, Oregon. People come to detox by doing a juice fast or by eating a clean vegan diet. Detoxes receive massages, colon hydrotherapy sessions, guasha sessions, cranial/sacral therapy and daily coaching. I also do online or in person coaching for lifestyle changes.
I have been a plant based eater and cook for over 30 years. On our farm, we host people who want to change their lifestyle to include more plants. We also make our own herbal medicines for just about everything!
